Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

This policy explains how 0»W — Digital Innovation Studio ("we") handles personal data on 02wow.net. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Usage analytics (Microsoft Clarity): session statistics, heatmaps and anonymized session recordings, including device, browser, approximate location and on-page interactions. This uses cookies.
  • Idea submissions: when you use the "Submit an idea" form, we receive the name, email and message you provide, in order to reply.
  • Technical logs (Cloudflare): standard server/CDN logs (e.g., IP address, request data) for delivery, performance and security.

Why we use it

To operate and improve the website, understand how it is used, respond to enquiries, and keep the service secure. Legal bases: your consent (analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest (security, responding to your messages).

Third parties

We rely on Microsoft (Clarity analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, email routing). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies

We use analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity). You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential delivery still works without them.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity's defaults. Idea submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Android app — STCP Watch

This section applies specifically to the Android app STCP Watch (package net.zerotowow.stcp).

  • Location: the app may access approximate or precise device location, with your permission, solely to show the bus stops nearest to you. This location is used at request time and is not stored linked to your identity nor shared with third parties. You can decline the permission and still use the app by searching for stops manually.
  • Accounts and sign-in: the app has no user accounts, registration, or sign-in.
  • Ads: the app contains no ads or advertising SDKs.
  • Data shared with third parties: none.

The app displays public STCP bus schedule and position data (via Porto City Council/Porto Digital open data and STCP's positioning system) — this data is not personal and is not tied to the user.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing of your personal data. Contact [email protected].

This is a general template provided as a starting point and is not legal advice. Review it with a professional to ensure it fits your specific processing and jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR).
